Carlos Fernández (born 1986) lives and works in the mountains surrounding the city of San José, Costa Rica. He is currently artist-in-residence at Freiraum Zurich and next resident at the Centre d’Art Neuchâtel. His work has been the subject of numerous international exhibitions and biennials, including exhibitions at Palais de Tokyo (Paris), MAC (Panama), Fuso (Lisbon), Despacio and MADC (San José).
