Hauser & Wirth Somerset’s Family Saturday will focus on the new exhibition, “Djordje Ozbolt. Brave New World”. Families will be invited to take part in a special tour of the exhibition led by Debbie Hillyerd, Head of Education. During the tour we will select our favourite artwork and use it as inspiration to design and make our own postcards. The postcards will all be sent to the Holburne Museum in Bath, which also has an exhibition by Djordje Ozbolt, titled “The Grand Detour”.
Families will be able to visit the Holburne Musem and see the display of our postcards. Visitors to the Holburne can create their own postcard to send back to Hauser & Wirth Somerset telling them about their favourite piece in the exhibition “The Grand Detour”.
Family Saturdays are aimed at families with children aged 6 – 14 years, younger children are welcome if supervised by parents / carers.
This is a free event, however in order to avoid disappointment advanced booking is recommended.
