The beauty of a flower lies not only in its shape and color, but also in the transient nature of its existence – it is as much a metaphor for hope and renewal, like a silent reminder of the fleeting nature of life.

Floral unterwegs – eine Ausstellung zur Blume
Die Schönheit einer Blume liegt nicht nur in ihrer Form und Farbe, sondern auch in der vergänglichen Natur ihres Daseins – sie ist ebenso Metapher für Hoffnung und Erneuerung, wie eine stille Erinnerung an die Flüchtigkeit des Lebens.
“Ich mache Portraits von Blumen auf gleiche Weise, wie ich Menschen portraitiere. Ich fotografiere sie, wo ich sie sehe, und lasse sie dort zurück. Die Leute, die ich auf der Strasse fotografiere, nehme ich auch nicht nach Hause”. (Willy Spiller)
