Kris Vleeschouwer – Blind Date

Kris Vleeschouwer (Antwerp/1972) makes interactive installations and sculptures in which, via means of high-tech and low-tech, a junction is formed between knowledge and skepticism, relativism and absurdity. Vleeschouwer’s art work involves a multiplicity of actions related to coincidence, chance, and threat. For the creation at Grand Palais the artist collaborated with electronics specialist Thomas Moll, also known from the cinema documentary “Messies, ein schönes Chaos” and new media expert Jürg Curschellas.
